By accessing or using MoreClientsChat ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be the owner or authorised representative of the business for which you install the widget.

MoreClientsChat is an AI-powered chat widget that you embed on your business website. The widget answers visitor questions based on the content you provide (services, hours, pricing, FAQ) and captures leads through an in-chat booking form, which are delivered to your email.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You may only have one active account per business unless otherwise agreed.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are shown on our website.

• Free trial. New subscribers may start with a free trial period disclosed at sign-up. No credit card is required to begin the trial. The trial ends automatically unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
• Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo issues invoices, collects applicable taxes, and handles payment disputes. Your credit card statement may display a charge descriptor referring to Dodo.
• Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at the address below. You retain access until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
• Refunds. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable but cancellation stops all future billing.

We may adjust pricing from time to time. Changes apply only to new subscribers or upon renewal of existing subscriptions. Your current price remains unchanged until your next renewal date, and we will notify you in advance of any changes that affect you.

The widget's replies are generated automatically by an AI model (OpenAI). Please understand:

• Responses are generated based on the business content you configure and may not always be perfectly accurate or what you expect.
• The AI is not a human employee. It should not be relied upon to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or similar).
• We apply safeguards to keep replies on-topic and factual, but you remain responsible for reviewing captured leads and any follow-up communication with your customers.
• If you notice inaccurate responses, email us and we will update the widget's configuration.

You retain ownership of the business content you provide (service descriptions, hours, FAQ, branding, etc.) and the customer leads captured through the widget. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate the Service for your business.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source of the Service beyond what the widget bundle publicly exposes.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the AI endpoints or drive up costs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users' access.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without prior written permission.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits or pricing.

The Service, including the widget bundle, website, and brand, is owned by MoreClientsChat and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to embed the widget on your site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreClientsChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

If you materially breach these Terms, we will first send you a written warning and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. If the breach continues or is severe (such as fraud or abuse that damages other users), we may suspend or terminate your account. You may stop using and delete your account at any time by emailing us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on this website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
